To adequately prepare for your personalized visit, a two-week notice is appreciated.

Looking to visit? We offer many opportunities throughout the year for those who are considering ministry to join us on campus. You can find these opportunities at ctsfw.edu/visit. However, we understand that schedules are busy and that it might not always work to attend one of our special visit opportunities. If that is the case, we would still like to see you. 

To help you plan the best time to come, please use the following documents: our "Best Days to Visit calendar" along with our "CTSFW Visit Brochure."

We can’t wait to talk with you about where you feel God is leading you to serve, and how CTSFW can be a part of your journey to church work. We are here to answer questions, pray for you, and do what we can to help you along the way. 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

  1. Please use the documents provided to pick the best day to visit. 
  2. The registration process is a two-part process. The initial form is at the bottom of this page and can be filled out quickly and easily in a matter of minutes. The second part is a follow-up questionnaire that will ask you more detailed questions about your meals, travel arrangements, and any guests you plan to bring along. Please note that BOTH PARTS must be completed before you can visit, and both parts must be completed before we can start to plan for your arrival. 
  3. Please note that we need at least TWO WEEKS' notice after both parts are complete before you can visit so that we can adequately prepare for your arrival. 
  4. Lastly, complimentary housing and meals are provided.

*Please note that CTSFW does not cover off-campus lodging costs. However, on-campus housing is complimentary for those planning a visit and is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the use of CTSFW guest dormitories. If you are interested in staying on campus in our complimentary guest housing, please contact Deac.
